Hi! Welcome to Jesicakes!

My name is Jesica Burns, born in California and now live in Arizona with my lovely husband and pup JJ! For as long as I can remember baking has always been a huge part of my life! Being in the kitchen is where I feel most at home. The joy of experimenting with different ingredients, pipping that perfect swirl, and most importantly seeing my vision come to life is a feeling like no other. For me, baking is so much more than just the act of baking, it is about creating a delicious treat that brings joy to others. My favorite feeling is watching the faces of my customers as they see their dessert and seeing the joy in their eyes, there's nothing better than that!

Being Gluten free and Dairy Free myself, finding a cake that actually tastes good was a huge struggle. So I decided to make my own. Having allergies should not be the reason you miss out on enjoying delicious desserts. I'm here to make sure your celebration is complete with a dessert or cake, no matter your allergies! Although I bake regular desserts, it is truly a passion of mine to take non-gluten free desserts and experiment to make them GF and DF. Trust me when I say this, you will not know the difference!
